With humor and ease Frank and Jang-Ho will accompany you with yoga, meditation, qi gong and music during this journey. The two yoga teachers are a well-rehearsed team and have jointly founded Now Yoga in 2014. Under the name Now Yoga they have already given many trainings in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and they are traveling worldwide with workshops and at festivals.
Morning sessions include meditation, breathing exercises, hatha yoga and qigong. The afternoon sessions consist of Vinyasa, Power and Stretch Yoga. Musical accompaniment is provided both in the morning and evening with Frank.
All sessions are for all levels as everyone has the opportunity to find their own practice with different options.
The DAIOS COVE offers the perfect setting for a time out with concentration on the inner center and very special retreats.
