NOW YOGA will rent the equipment and premises at the respective location from a third party provider to ensure a smooth and satisfactory training process. Otherwise, liability is excluded, unless there is an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or a breach of essential contractual obligations. The contract partner is obliged to determine his own state of health on his own responsibility. In case of previous injuries or physical limitations, a doctor or orthopedist should be consulted before starting the yoga practice.
The contract partner uses the equipment, facilities, premises and courses of the rented space at his own risk. He commits himself to handle the equipment and premises with care. Damage that is not due to normal wear and tear but has been caused by improper use will be repaired at the expense of the party responsible. No liability will be accepted for loss or damage to clothing or for valuables, jewelry or money.
For retreat bookings, NowYoga assumes no liability whatsoever regarding hotels or travel companies.

The terms and conditions of the individual training modules apply.
For retreat bookings, NowYoga assumes responsibility only for the requirements associated with the yoga classes. I.e. classes will take place as long as the other necessary conditions allow.  Cancellation options are dependent on the location of each retreat.

All fees and contributions for trainings, workshops or retreats are to be paid punctually by the contracting party according to the payment conditions of the respective event.

Data of the participant will be stored and used only for the purpose of the contract.

We reserve the right to change our course offer and/or our training times in a reasonable manner. This applies in particular if there are changes in the rental of rental space or rescheduling of dates by hotels and tour operators.
